How to start testing with Nova Labs

If you are a totally new customer to Nova Labs, you'll first want to fill out the Onboarding Form found on our website - there you'll enter your contact info, and info about your business and license.

After filling this out, you'll receive a welcome email from us along with emails from Tagleaf, and our invoicing system.

In this "Welcome to Nova Labs" email, you'll receive a link to request Sample Pick-Ups - keep this link handy, and use it whenever you'd like to schedule a date for us to pick your sample up.

TagLeaf is our Labratory Management system; this is where you'll be able to submit new test orders and view your results.

Once you've received these emails from us, you are all set to start testing with Nova Labs!
